About the Author: Paul Zerby, a retired lawyer and Minneapolis City Council member, attended the University of Minnesota and Harvard Law School in the 1950s, and served in the U.S. Army in Korea from 1953 to 1955. He lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with his wife, Betts.
